I approached Mike for personal training nearly 10 years ago when I was looking to get fit for my 50th Birthday!! Since then we have trained on a regular basis – mostly twice a week. I am now in better shape and fitter than I have ever been!
Six years ago I had an ankle fusion due to previous operations and a very degenerative ankle joint. I decided to seek some help, and, with my leg still in a supportive boot, I called into my local gym. That’s where I first met Mike. His knowledge about nutrition, and his enthusiasm for training is incredible. He is such an inspiration and I owe him a very big thank you.

Hi I’m Tania a Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor . I love working with clients of all ages and abilities in the studio, at home or outdoors. I particularly enjoy working with those new to exercise who may feel nervous or lacking in confidence. I offer food plans and nutritional advice to support clients goals. Many people I see are dealing with illness musculoskeletal pain or injury. I can support corrective exercises required and aim to motivate clients to use exercise as a way of benefitting them physically and mentally .
I am happy to meet you at your home or in the studio for an initial consultation.

10 years + in the industry I truly believe in enjoying life but finding a balance is key. Achieving this takes time and patients but well worth it in the end.
I’m passionate about what I do and have helped many of people over the years achieved their goals.
Over the past 10 years I’ve competed in Body Building, Marathons, endurance cycling across Great Britain and soon my first Ultra Marathon over Snowdonia.

As an experienced REPS certified Personal Trainer, Jon brings a plethora of knowledge, ranging from DNA & Genetics to Postural Assessment & Corrective Exercise.
Firmly believing in the importance of lifestyle and long-term habits, Jon’s approach to exercise and diet is holistic, drawing on his expertise in fitness, nutrition and psychology to support you in developing a fully rounded, healthy lifestyle. His belief is that there is no one-size fits all, simply adapting to find a way that works for you.
