Hi I’m Tania a Personal Trainer and Nutritional Advisor . I love working with clients of all ages and abilities in the studio, at home or outdoors. I particularly enjoy working with those new to exercise who may feel nervous or lacking in confidence. I offer food plans and nutritional advice to support clients goals. Many people I see are dealing with illness musculoskeletal pain or injury. I can support corrective exercises required and aim to motivate clients to use exercise as a way of benefitting them physically and mentally .
